AD/Ecureuil/36 Amdt 2 Consolidation of Early Airworthiness Directives Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/ECUREUIL/36 Amdt 2.

Airworthiness Directives 8/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 30 July 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD consolidated requirements for modifications and once-only inspections to be performed prior to issue of a certificate of airworthiness.  Use of an AD to mandate these tasks is no longer justified.
