AD/DHC-8/13 Landing Gear Control System Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/DHC-8/13.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 19 November 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised 1990 against de Havilland Canada Service Bulletin (SB) 8-32-70, required a modification to preclude the possibility of erroneous nose gear position indication.  Compliance was required prior to 17 August 1990.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
