AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/DHC-6/29.
DHC-6 (Twin Otter) Series Aeroplanes
| AD/DHC-6/29 | Airframe De-Icing System - Modification | 12/2008 |
Requirement: | CANCELLED. |
| This AD is cancelled on 20 November 2008. | |
Background: | This AD was raised in 1971 against De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Service Bulletin (SB) No. 6/275, requiring a modification to introduce an indication to flight crew when a horizontal stabiliser de-icing failure has occurred. Compliance was before 1 September 1971. As all affected aircraft would have been modified by now, this AD is considered to be no longer required. |
