AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/DHC-6/25 Amdt 1.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 20 November 2008.

Background:

This AD was raised in 1971 against De Havilland Canada Service Bulletin No. 6/226 Rev.A, requiring an inspection and modification of the main undercarriage platen attachment link fittings following two reports of cracks during routine inspections.

As all affected aircraft would have been inspected and modified by now, this AD is no longer required.
