AD/DHC-3/28 Front Fuselage Windshield Post Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/DHC-3/28.

AD/DHC-3/28 Front Fuselage - Windshield Post 12/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 20 November 2008.

Background:

This AD was raised in 1977 against De Havilland Canada Service Bulletin No. 3/29, requiring an inspection and repair to the windshield post.  Compliance was required within 100 hours TIS after 30 June 1977.

As all affected aircraft would have been inspected and repaired by now, this AD is no longer required.
