AD/DHC-1/27 Seat Restraint Installations Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/DHC-1/27.

AD/DHC-1/27 Seat Restraint Installations - Modification 11/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 23 October 2008.

Background:

This unique AD was raised in 1976, against guidelines contained in Airworthiness Advisory Circular No. 62-1, requiring a modification to each seat restraint installation by fitting an upper torso restraint harness.  This AD has been replaced by AD/GENERAL/74 Amendment 1.

As this AD has been overtaken by AD/GENERAL/74 Amendment 1, this AD is no longer required.
