AD/DHC-1/11 Elevator Trim Tab Cable - Inspection 10/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 25 September 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD, raised in 1957 required inspection of elevator trim tab cable for fraying, corrosion or excessive wear.  Compliance was required at intervals not exceeding 100 hours TIS.

As normal maintenance practices and published maintenance schedule requirements adequately address the inspection criteria, this AD is no longer required.
