DHA-3 (Drover) Series Aeroplanes

AD/DHA-3/8 Electrical Cable Insulation - Modification 12/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 20 November 2008.

Background:

This AD was raised in 1955 against De Havilland Aircraft Pty Ltd. Technical News Sheet (TNS) CT(A3) No. 91, requiring DH modification DRO.85 to be carried out that introduces additional insulation to electrical cables located behind the voltage regulators and generator field switch assembly on pilot’s bulkhead.

Compliance was forthwith.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified by now, this AD is considered to be no longer required.
