AD/DHA-3/7 Horizontal Tail Plane Attachments Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/DHA-3/7.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 20 November 2008.

Background:

This AD was raised in 1954 against De Havilland TNS CT(A3) No. 86, requiring DH modification DRO.80 to be embodied to introduce strengthened tailplane forward attachment brackets in the fuselage.  Compliance was required forthwith.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified by now, this AD is no longer required.
