AD/DHA-3/27 Wing to Fuselage Attachments Inspection Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/DHA-3/27.

AD/DHA-3/27 Wing to Fuselage Attachments - Inspection 12/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 20 November 2008.

Background:

This AD was raised in 1974 requiring an inspection for cracks or distress of the wing rear spar to fuselage attachment area, particularly in the area of the internal brackets attaching the spar to the root end rib.  Compliance was required before further flight.

As all affected aircraft would have been inspected by now, this AD is no longer required.
