AD/DHA-3/23 Flap Inner Link Attachment Brackets Inspection Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/DHA-3/23.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 20 November 2008.

Background:

This AD was raised in 1961 against De Havilland TNS CT(A3) No. 115, requiring an inspection for cracking occurring on the inner flap link attachment bracket.  Compliance was required at intervals not exceeding 12 months.  DH Modification DRO.104 was raised to overcome this problem.

As all applicable aircraft would have been modified by now, this AD is no longer required.
