AD/DH 82/4 Q Type Harness Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/DH 82/4.

AD/DH 82/4 Q Type Harness - Modification 11/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 23 October 2008.

Background:

This AD was raised prior to 1961 requiring modification of "Q" type safety harness locking mechanisms to prevent inadvertent in-flight operation of the release lever.  Compliance was required forthwith.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified by now, this AD is no longer required.
