AD/DH 82/11 Amdt 1 Flight Limitations and Structural Inspection Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/DH 82/11 Amdt 1.

AD/DH 82/11 Amdt 1 Flight Limitations and Structural Inspection 7/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 2 July 2009.
Background:	As a result of UK CAA cancelling AD 002-03-98 and de Havilland Support Ltd issuing relevant maintenance data via Technical News Sheet (TNS) CT(Moth) No. 32 Issue 3, CASA has cancelled this Airworthiness Directive.  To help identify the importance of the maintenance data contained within TNS No 32 Issue 3 CASA has issued an Airworthiness Bulletin highlighting the need to include the maintenance data contained within TNS No 32 Issue 3 in the maintenance program or schedule for the affected aircraft.
