AD/Dauphin/83 Amdt 2 Tail Rotor Gearbox Oil Level and Pitch Control Rod Bearing Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/DAUPHIN/83 Amdt 2.

AD/DAUPHIN/83 Amdt 2 Tail Rotor Gearbox Oil Level
and Pitch Control Rod Bearing 24/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 27 November 2009.
Background:	A State of Design airworthiness directive issued on or after 1st October 2009 is defined as an airworthiness directive per CASR Part 39.001A.  The requirements of this airworthiness directive have been superseded by EASA AD 2009-0247 issued 13 November 2009.
