AD/Dauphin/82 Main Rotor Rotating Star Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/DAUPHIN/82.

Eurocopter SA 360 and SA 365 (Dauphin) Series Helicopters

AD/DAUPHIN/82 Main Rotor Rotating Star 10/2006

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 28 September 2006.
Background:	The results of examinations and analyses have shown that the rate of crack growth is very slow and that the TBO for these assemblies is sufficient for a crack to be detected before it becomes critical.  Consequently, this Directive is cancelled.  EASA AD 2005-6353R1 refers.
