AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CL-600/4.

Bombardier (Canadair) CL-600 (Challenger) Series Aeroplanes

AD/CL-600/4 Auxiliary Power Unit Load Control
Valve - Special Check and Adjustment
12/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 19 November 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in 1983 against Canadair Challenger Service Bulletin (SB) No.
600-0228, required a one-time inspection to ensure sufficient clearance existed between a pneumatic line on the APU load control valve and APU enclosure front panel.  Compliance was required prior to the issue of an Australian Certificate of Airworthiness.

As all affected aircraft will have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
