AD/CL-600/30 Time Limits and Maintenance Checks Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CL-600/30.

AD/CL-600/30 Time Limits and Maintenance Checks 12/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 19 November 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in 1995, required compliance with life limitations contained in Canadair CL-600 Maintenance Manual.

As Transport Canada approves the maintenance schedule for the CL-600 containing the Airworthiness Limitations in the Time Limits/Maintenance Check (TLMC) Manual, the requirements must be complied with under legislation and a system of maintenance for this class of aircraft.  This AD is therefore no longer required.
