AD/CHA/8 Front Wing Strut Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CHA/8.

AD/CHA/8 Front Wing Strut 5/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 7 May 2009.
Background:	This AD, issued in 1972, required a one-off inspection and, if necessary, modification of the front wing strut, in accordance with Champion Service Letter No.72, to ensure a drain hole was present.  The AD compliance was within 100 hours time in service after 2 March 1972.  As all aircraft would have been inspected and modified by now, the AD is no longer required.
