AD/CHA/7 Elevator and Rudder Control Systems Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CHA/7.

AD/CHA/7 Elevator and Rudder Control Systems 5/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 7 May 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, issued in 1972, required replacement of the elevator and rudder control pulleys in accordance with Bellanca Service Letter No.101 to prevent abnormal wear of the control cables.  The AD compliance was within 300 hours time in service after 31 March 1972.  As all aircraft would have been modified by now, the AD is no longer required.
