AD/Cessna 750/3 Amdt 1 Auxiliary Power Unit Fire Bottle Wiring (Cth)
AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive (AD) AD/CESSNA 750/3 and issues the following AD under subregulation 39.001(1) of CASR 1998. The AD requires that the action set out in the requirement section (being action that the delegate considers necessary to correct the unsafe condition) be taken in relation to the aircraft or aeronautical product mentioned in the applicability section: (a) in the circumstances mentioned in the requirement section; and (b) in accordance with the instructions set out in the requirement section; and (c) at the time mentioned in the compliance section.

Applicability: | Model 750 aeroplanes as identified in Cessna Service Bulletin SB750-26-05 dated |
Requirement: | Action in accordance with the technical requirements of FAA AD 2007-11-17 Amendment 39-15074. |
Compliance: | Unless previously accomplished in accordance with the original issue of this AD, as specified in the Requirement document. |

Background: | The FAA has received reports of mis-wired fire extinguisher bottles. Such a condition could result in the circuit breaker disengaging (tripping) when an attempt is made to discharge the bottles. This amendment alters the presentation of the AD and refers to the latest FAA AD 2007-11-17 which supersedes previously referred to FAA AD 2006-04-10. |
