AD/Cessna 550/8 Nitrogen Bottle Installation Inspection Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 550/8.

AD/CESSNA 550/8 Nitrogen Bottle Installation - Inspection 12/2009

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 19 November 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in1984 against Cessna Citation Service Letter (SL) 550-32-24, required an inspection to ensure an adequate clearance existed at the nitrogen bottle operating lever which might otherwise prevent activation.  Compliance was required before further flight after 31 July 1984.

As all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
