AD/Cessna 550/18 Brake Shuttle Valve Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 550/18.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 19 November 2009.

Background:

This AD, raised in1990 against Cessna Alert Service Letters (SLA) 550-32-38 and SLA 550-32-15 and BF Goodrich Service Bulletin (SB) 517, required an inspection followed by replacement of the brake shuttle valve.  Compliance was required within 200 hours TIS after 17 May 1990.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
