AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 500/21.

AD/CESSNA 500/21 Nitrogen Bottle Installation - Inspection 10/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 25 September 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD, raised in 1984 against Cessna Citation Service Letter (SL) No. SL 32-36, required an inspection to ensure that an adequate clearance existed at the nitrogen bottle operating lever which might otherwise prevent activation.

Compliance was before further flight after 31 July 1984.

As all affected aircraft would have been inspected by now, this AD is considered to be no longer required.
