Ad/Cessna 500/13 - Pre-Certification Requirements - Modifications - Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 500/13.

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 25 September 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD, raised in 1975 against Cessna Citation Service Bulletin (SB) No. SB 24-9, required modifications to meet the Australian certification design requirements contained in cancelled Air Navigation Order (ANO) Section 101.22.

Compliance was before 31 October 1975.

As all affected aircraft would have been modified by now, this AD is considered to be no longer required.
