AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 400/84.

AD/CESSNA 400/84 Fuel Filter - Inspection and Modification 10/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 25 September 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, issued in 1982, required an inspection of Airborne fuel filters for properly installed fuel bypass valve seats in accordance with Cessna Service Letter ME81-36.  The AD compliance was 100 hours time in service after 31 March 1982.  As all aircraft would have now completed the inspection, the AD is no longer required.
