AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 400/77.

Cessna 400 Series Aeroplanes

AD/CESSNA 400/77 Aft Auxiliary Wing
Spar Attachment - Modification
10/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 25 September 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD, issued in 1981, required replacement of six fasteners at the inboard end of both the LH and RH aft auxiliary wing spar caps to the stub wing in accordance with Cessna SIL ME 80-38.  The AD compliance was before the issue of a Certificate of Airworthiness.  As all aircraft would have completed the modification by now, the AD is no longer required.
