On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 400/63.

Background: | This unique Australian AD, issued in 1979, required replacement of the link weld assembly of the emergency exit door in accordance with Cessna Service Letter ME78-41 due to the possibility of improper fabrication. The AD compliance was before 1 June 1979. As all aircraft would have now been modified, the AD is no longer required. |
