AD/Cessna 400/36 Wing Leading Edge Fuel Line Inspection Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 400/36.

AD/CESSNA 400/36 Wing Leading Edge Fuel Line - Inspection 9/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 28 August 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, issued in 1973, required inspection through access panel No. 43 for chafing of the fuel line by the flexible cooling duct.  The AD compliance was before 1 October 1973.  As all aircraft would have now been inspected, the AD is no longer required.
