AD/CESSNA 400/26 Engine Nacelle Wiring - Inspection 9/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 28 August 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian AD, issued in 1971, required inspection  of the wiring,  grommets,  clamps and heat shield and modification of the engine nacelle in accordance with Cessna Service Letter ME 68-17 to provide heat protection for the nacelle wire bundle.  The AD compliance for the inspection was within 100 hours time in service after 30 July 1971 and compliance for the modification was before
1 February 1972.  As all aircraft would have now been inspected and modified, the AD is no longer required.
