Ad/Cessna 400/104 - Elevator Bellcrank Support Structure - Cancelled (Cth)
AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 400/104.
Cessna 400 Series Aeroplanes
| AD/CESSNA 400/104 | Elevator Bellcrank Support Structure | 10/2008 |
Requirement: | CANCELLED. |
| This AD is cancelled on 25 September 2008. | |
Background: | This unique Australian AD, issued in 1995, required inspection and modification of the elevator bellcrank bracket in accordance with Cessna Service Bulletin CQB 94-2 to prevent cracks from developing. The AD compliance was 1200 hours time in service or before 100 hours time in service after 27 April 1995, whichever occurs later. As all aircraft would have been modified by now, the AD is no longer required. |
