Ad/Cessna 340/4 Amdt 3 - Lower Wing Skin Rivets - Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 340/4 Amdt 3.

AD/CESSNA 340/4 Amdt 3 Lower Wing Skin Rivets 10/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 24 September 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD specified periodic inspection and repair in accordance with Cessna SL ME77-6.  Action was required at each inspection for issue of a Maintenance Release.  Continued use of an AD to mandate this periodic inspection is no longer justified.
