AD/Cessna 340/1 Fuel Pressure Regulator Fitting Inspection Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 340/1.

AD/CESSNA 340/1 Fuel Pressure Regulator Fitting - Inspection 6/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 5 June 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian airworthiness directive (AD), issued in 1972, required inspection of the T-piece from the fuel pressure regulator fitting to ensure the threaded sections are of adequate length.  As aircraft should have been inspected by now, the unsafe condition no longer exists.
