AD/Cessna 337/7 Alternator Field Fuse Installation Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 337/7.

AD/CESSNA 337/7 Alternator Field Fuse - Installation 5/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 8 May 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian airworthiness directive (AD), issued in 1971, required the installation of a 3 amp fuse in each field circuit between the filed terminal on the alternator and the master switch.  The compliance of the AD was within 200 hours after 31 May 1971.  As all aircraft would have now been modified, the unsafe condition no longer exists.
