AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 337/4.

Cessna 337 Series Aeroplanes

AD/CESSNA 337/4 Rudder Bar - Modification 6/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 5 June 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian airworthiness directive (AD), issued in 1967, required the replacement of the rudder bar on aircraft prior to serial number 0073 in accordance with Cessna Service Letter 67-3.  The compliance of the AD was within 50 hours after 17 March 1967.  As there are no longer any affected aircraft operating in Australia, and all affected aircraft are likely to have been modified long ago, this AD is no longer required.
