Ad/Cessna 337/18 - Fifth Seat Restraint - Modification - Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 337/18.

AD/CESSNA 337/18 Fifth Seat Restraint - Modification 10/2009

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 24 September 2009.
Background:	This unique Australian AD specified modification of attachment of the fifth seat to the floor structure.  Compliance was required prior to issue of a Certificate of Airworthiness.  This AD was not based on a manufacturer’s service document.  Continued use of an AD to mandate this modification is no longer justified.
