Background: | This unique Australian airworthiness directive (AD), issued in 1974, required the installation of a circuit protective device in the rear alternator output supply cable. The compliance of the AD was within 200 hours after 31 January 1975. As all aircraft would have now been modified, the unsafe condition no longer exists. |
