AD/Cessna 336/4 Open Wire Aerial Installation Modification Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 336/4.

AD/CESSNA 336/4 Open Wire Aerial Installation - Modification 5/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 8 May 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian airworthiness directive (AD), issued in 1966, required a modification to re-rig aerials to remove any side load from the mast.  The compliance of the AD was within 300 hours after 15 August 1969.  As all aircraft would have now been modified, the unsafe condition no longer exists.
