Cessna 320 Series Aeroplanes

AD/CESSNA 320/7 Fuel Lines - Modification and Inspection 5/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 8 May 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian airworthiness directive (AD), issued in 1969, required the relocation of existing fuel line clamps and installation of new clamps in accordance with Cessna Service Letter (SL) ME 68-27 to eliminate possible chafing of fuel vent lines in the wing leading edge.  The compliance of the AD was within 100 hours time in service from 12 May 1969.  As all aircraft would have now been modified, the unsafe condition no longer exists.
