AD/Cessna 310/7 Right Front Seat Back Installation of Stop Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 310/7.

AD/CESSNA 310/7 Right Front Seat Back - Installation
of Stop 4/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 10 April 2008.
Background:	This airworthiness directive (AD), issued in 1958, required the modification of the front right seat in accordance with Cessna Service Letter (SL) 310-28, Number 4, to restrict the travel of the seat back.  Compliance with the AD was forthwith.  As all aircraft would now be modified, the unsafe condition no longer exists and the AD can be cancelled.
