AD/Cessna 310/6 Air Intake Heater Installation Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 310/6.

AD/CESSNA 310/6 Air Intake Heater - Installation 4/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 10 April 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian airworthiness directive (AD), issued in 1958, required the installation of an air intake heater in accordance with Cessna Service Letter (SL) 310-24 to ensure the intake system was free from ice which can form under special operating conditions.  Compliance with the AD was forthwith.  As all aircraft would now be modified, the unsafe condition no longer exists.
