AD/Cessna 310/14 Fin Spar Attachment Bolts Inspection Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 310/14.

AD/CESSNA 310/14 Fin Spar Attachment Bolts - Inspection 4/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 10 April 2008.
Background:	This airworthiness directive (AD), issued in 1967, required a one off inspection of the fin spar attach bolts and washers in accordance with Cessna Service Letter SL 67-45.  The compliance of the AD was within 100 hours time in service after 30 November 1967.  As all aircraft would have been inspected by now, the unsafe condition no longer exists and the AD can be cancelled.
