AD/Cessna 210/31 Fuel Reservoir Fitting Inspection Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 210/31.

AD/CESSNA 210/31 Fuel Reservoir Fitting - Inspection 4/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 10 April 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, issued in 1977, required a one off inspection of the fuel reservoir fitting to ensure the proper inside diameter of the upper (cone) fitting is maintained.  Fittings that are too small may allow vapour build up in the fuel system.  As all aircraft would have complied with the inspection by now, the unsafe condition no longer exists.
