AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 208/6.

Background: | This unique Australian AD, raised in 1989 against Cessna Service Bulletin (SB) No. CAB 89-21, required wing and firewall fuel shut-off valves and overhead fuel selectors to be safety-wired to ensure security of attachment. Compliance was prior to the issue of the next maintenance release after As all affected aircraft would have been modified by now, this AD is considered to be no longer required. |
