Ad/Cessna 206/35 - Cylinder Head Temperature Probe - Cancelled (Cth)
AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 206/35.
Cessna 206 Series Aeroplanes
| AD/CESSNA 206/35 | Cylinder Head Temperature Probe | 10/2008 |
Requirement: | CANCELLED. |
| This AD is cancelled on 25 September 2008. | |
Background: | This unique Australian AD, raised in 1982 against Cessna Service Information Letter (SIL) No. SE82-18, required a modification by relocating cylinder head temperature probe from No.1 cylinder to No.3 cylinder due No.3 cylinder hottest during most critical flight stages. Compliance was within 100 hours TIS after 31 August 1982. As and all affected aircraft would have been modified by now, this AD is considered to be no longer required. |
