AD/Cessna 206/16 Main Gear Wheel Assemblies Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 206/16.

AD/CESSNA 206/16 Main Gear Wheel Assemblies 11/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 23 October 2008.
Background:	This AD, issued in 1974, required a modification to the main gear wheel assemblies by replacing the 1/4 inch wheel through bolts with 5/16 inch cap screws in accordance with Cessna SL SE74-8.  The AD compliance was within 25 hours time in service after 31 July 1974.  As all aircraft would have been modified by now, the AD is no longer required.
