AD/Cessna 188/6 Rudder Stop Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 188/6.

AD/CESSNA 188/6 Rudder Stop 8/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 31 July 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, issued in 1967, required installation of a redesigned rudder stop in accordance with Cessna Service Kit SK188-13.  This modification was to prevent the misalignment of the rudder stop resulting in the rudder exceeding its normal travel.  The AD required compliance before 1 April 1968.  As all affected aircraft would have been modified, this AD is no longer required.
