AD/Cessna 188/17 Alternator Earth Lead Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 188/17.

AD/CESSNA 188/17 Alternator Earth Lead 8/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 31 July 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, issued in 1972, required inspection of the alternator earth lead to ensure it is fitted and securely attached.  The AD compliance was within 100 hours time in service after 29 February 1972.  As all aircraft would have been inspected, this AD is no longer required.
