Cessna 185 Series Aeroplanes
| AD/CESSNA 185/4 | Tail Wheel Assembly | 7/2008 |
Requirement: | CANCELLED. |
| This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008. | |
Background: | This unique Australian AD, issued in 1963, required modification to the tail wheel in accordance with Cessna service letter SE 62-73 to improve the service life on the locking mechanism. The AD required compliance within 500 hours time in service after 1 March 1963. As all affected aircraft would have been modified, this AD is no longer required. |
