AD/Cessna 185/20 Main Gear Wheel Assemblies Cancelled (Cth)

AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE

On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/CESSNA 185/20.

AD/CESSNA 185/20 Main Gear Wheel Assemblies 7/2008

Requirement:	CANCELLED.
This AD is cancelled on 3 July 2008.
Background:	This unique Australian AD, issued in 1974, required a modification to the main gear wheel assemblies by replacing the 1/4 inch wheel through bolts with 5/16 inch cap screws in accordance with Cessna Service Letter SE 74-8.  The AD required compliance within 25 hours time in service after 31 July 1974.  As all aircraft would have been modified, the AD is no longer required.
