Cessna 180, 182 and Wren 460 Series Aeroplanes

AD/CESSNA 180/55 Ammeter Type and Position 6/2008

Requirement:

CANCELLED.

This AD is cancelled on 5 June 2008.

Background:

This unique Australian airworthiness directive (AD), issued in 1978, required an inspection to ascertain if the ammeter had been modified in accordance with Rex Drawing RA-A-1109 or, if the a centre zero ammeter is connected in the alternator line.  The compliance of this AD was within 100 hours time in service after 30 September 1978.  As all aircraft would have been inspected by now, the unsafe condition no longer exists.
